Order Cancellation Policy:
Once you place an order on our web site, the order fulfillment proces begins processing immediately. During processing it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled.

You can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them in accordance with our Returns Policy.



Returns Policy:
Every item on our web site comes with our VetRxSupply.com satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order when it arrives, we'll refund your money or exchange the item within 14 days of purchase.

For return instructions or if the package was damaged in shipment, please call Customer Relations at 1-877-858-4633 or contact us by e-mail (cs@vetrxsupply.com) before returning.

If we made a mistake on your order, your return surface shipping will be reimbursed.

Please allow 2-3 weeks time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.



Refund Policy:
In order for your return to be eligible for a refund, it must be returned in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of placing your original order.
